Shipping and Returns Policy

At WILD Organic Skincare we not only want to meet your expectations, we want to exceed them! Our products contain the finest formulations and we’ve worked diligently to make them great– but we understand that finding the right product for your skin by shopping online can be tough. With that in mind, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help you find the right product!

Returns are only available for damaged goods.

To contact us about your order, please email info@wildorganicskincare.com, and let us know why the product didn’t work for you. 

If your products have arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at info@wildorganicskincare.com within 3 business days for prompt handling of your concerns. All damaged products will need to be returned and received before we can ship out a replacement. 

When requesting to return items, you must have proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt. In most cases, we will also request photos of the item(s) in question for our records, especially if the item is damaged. In order to assist you, the items must still be in your possession, since we may need you to return them to us. 

WILD Organic Skincare reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable based on time of purchase, condition, health risk factors and any other reason that may apply.

Unfortunately, WILD Organic Skincare is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT accept returns from any other retailer that carries WILD products.
